    1. push a cam release button inside servomotor(refer to attaché file.

    2. increase a adjusting cam by hand to maximum position.

    3. Permit Boiler Furnace Purge to perform for minimum 60 seconds.

    ※WARNING : Insufficient Purging may cause Danger of Furnace Explosions.


    4. After a manual purge carry out, decrease a adjusting cam by hand to ignition position.

    5. Start F.O Pump manually.

    6. Push RESET PUSH BUTTON switch and check visually that the INTERLOCK O.K lamp is

    illuminated.

    7. Turn the BURNER OFF/AUTO/MAN switch to position OFF.

    8. start the Burner motor manually.

    9. Turn the EMERGENCY OPERATION switch (key-operated) to position ON.

    10. Check Oil Temperature and Oil Pressure to be correct according to the Instruction Manual.

    11. Push IGNITION push button and Turn the OIL VALVE switch to position ON and keep.

    12. Check visually that the Ignition Flame is established before continuing.

    13. In case of a good Ignition Flame is established, slowly increase a adjusting cam by hand.
