have created a follow-game plan for each day, outlining the steps and tasks that
need to be completed. This plan is designed to help you stay organized and on
track throughout the day, ensuring that your job is done in a timely and efficient
manner.

● Day 1

Text and/or email within 10 minutes after the cold call:

Create a video and/or photo of yourself: advising that you just want to put a face to
the name for them to know you, and see you are a real person looking to work with
them.

Follow-up call:

Invite your customer to an event that will have your brand. If there´s no

● Day 30: (Use this step if you have an event in the next 2 months, if not

Invite your customer to a zoom meeting/event, that will have your brand.
Could be over the phone, email, or text.

upcoming event that I'm involved in. It's [event name], and it's
something that I'm passionate about. I'm sure you'd be a great
addition to the conversation, and I'd love to have you join us.
“The event will be held on [date] at [location]. I'm looking

Text: Hey [Name], join me for a special Zoom event on [DATE] where
I'll be sharing my insights as a Jr/SR FBA Freight Broker. I look

Call them again and send a text on the spot with the industry type of
machine that you see the customer could be interested in. Send an email
with the quote/shipper agreement located on Salesforce CRM:

deere/ Caterpillar / etc… ) in very good condition and price. I can
offer to move this machine for ( quote ).

“(Customer´s name), the reason I’m texting you is that I saw
this online and thought this machine would be of interest to

offering to the customer

● Day 45:

Call and give them a special offer, If they don't answer the phone send
them a text or leave a voicemail:

● Day 60:

Send a handwritten letter to the customer apologizing for not doing


business with us.

customer satisfaction and will work hard to ensure we

● Day 75:

Send the customer a photo mock-up of themselves Create one for free

Management call

Ask your manager or supervisor, or another team member to call the customer and
ask: What can we do better for you to give us a chance to work with us? And just
wait for the feedback.

● Day 100:

Special gift
You can send a special gift using a website such as 1800-flowers, Amazon, or Lottery
universe. ( The cap would be $25 since this is paid out of your pocket ) Use this with
your best customers or the most difficult ones to close.

● Day 120:

Schedule a video call with the customer over the phone, text, or email.

our services. I wanted to check if you'd be interested in scheduling a
video call so we can further discuss your concerns.

What date and time would you be interested in?

“We would be happy to schedule a video call with you. Please

time that works for both of us. Thank you!”

I hope this email finds you well. I'm following up regarding [topic].

I'd like to discuss this further and I'm wondering if you'd be available
for a video call. We could use [video call platform] to have the
conversation.

Please let me know when would be a good time for you, and I'll send

If the prospect still rejecting you, continue following up.

● Day 150

Call them again and give them a special offer:

offer we have expires today. I wanted to know if you wanted to take
advantage of it. What load do you need to move right now? I can
give you a free quote.”

● Day 180:

Send them a link with positive news or a funny video over text and/or
email.

take a break from the daily news and share a funny video with
you. Check out these transportation failures Click Here

I hope this message finds you well. I recently read a great article

● Day 210:

Send them a text and email with something STT Logistics Group is

Apology Contact: Send them an email apologizing. See the example below
to use it for your email.

“I wanted to reach out and apologize for our inability to do


business with you. I understand that this is probably a major
inconvenience for you, and for that, I am sorry.

At the same time, I’d like to understand why you don't want to
work with us. Is there anything we can do to improve our service
and earn your business? We value customer feedback greatly and
would appreciate any insight you can provide.

be greatly appreciated.

● Day 270:

call.

This is to ask the prospect if he/she can be interviewed about a business-related topic
so he/she can be posted on your blog or website. and make them a person of
influence.

"Hey, customer this is ( Your name ) with STT logistics group. I will
be talking about this (topic) on my blog/website since you're so
knowledgeable in that topic. I'd love to have you as a special
guest and a person of influence for that segment. When will you
have 5 or 10 minutes so we can do a video call?"

● Day 330:

Call to ask for them to give you a testimony about our company, my
service, and how professional. Get it on the spot

Call:
"Hey, (customer´s name), this is ( Your name ) with STT logistics
group. I am calling to ask if you could give me a quick testimony
about our company, my service, and how professional I am. I
would need just a few minutes”

● Day 365:
Call your customer and tell them you’re not going away after one year
follow up and you need to know if there’s any way you can consummate a
deal

Call:
Hello, [customer´s name ], this is [your name] from STT Logistics
Group. I wanted to follow up and see if there was any way we
could move forward with a deal. I have been here for you for more
than a year, and I understand that you might have been hesitant
to commit to something long-term. I want to assure you that I am
committed to finding a solution that works for both of us. Is there
anything I can do to help make a deal happen?
