THE DEVELOPMENT
Herculaneum Quay is a prestigious development
located on the waterfront at what was once
Herculaneum Dock, part of Liverpool’s great
maritime story.
At a location steeped in history, the scheme
consists of 119 luxury apartments, most with their
own outside space. With a grandstand view of the
River Mersey, residents will experience the evocative
sights, sounds, smells and sea breezes unique to
riverside developments.
Herculaneum Quay comprises a mixture of one,
two and three-bedroomed apartments, with the
additional benefit of a private residents’ pool, and
three levels of underground car parking.
Our intention is to also create an urban beach
alongside the residential building to make this a city
destination in the truest sense.
02
THE LOCATION
Herculaneum Quay is situated on a direct
thoroughfare into the city centre, meaning the
vibrant nightlife of bars, restaurants, theatres
and music venues, together with Liverpool ONE
shopping, cafes and galleries are just minutes away.
Closer still is the historic Albert Dock, one of the
UK’s most popular tourist destination attracting
millions of visitors every year. It is home to Tate
Liverpool, the Merseyside Maritime Museum and has
an abundance of bars and restaurants plus a variety
of lively speciality shops.
Herculaneum Quay also benefits from amazing
views of Liverpool Marina where many small boats
and yachts are moored.
Over the existing slipway at the site we plan
to construct an urban beach to be enjoyed by
residents and visitors alike, adding a new level of
animation and emphasising the waterfront location.
Close to the site are a number of small retail and
commercial operations, plus the Nuffield Health
Club just across the road. Brunswick Station, linking
Merseyrail with the inner city network and Lime
Street mainline station is just two minutes’ walk away.
For journeys further afield, Liverpool John Lennon
Airport is only seven miles away.
