RE: REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Real Property Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by
and between [Seller's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and [Buyer's Name], hereinafter
referred to as the "Buyer."

1. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase the real property located at [Property
Address], including all improvements and fixtures thereon (the "Property").

2. PURCHASE PRICE:

The total purchase price for the Property is [Purchase Price] (the "Purchase Price"). The Buyer shall
pay the Purchase Price in the following manner: [Payment Details]. The payment shall be made on or
before the closing date.

3. CLOSING DATE:

The closing of the sale (the "Closing") shall take place on or before [Closing Date] at a mutually
agreed-upon location. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer a deed conveying the Property free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances.
4. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT:

This Agreement is contingent upon the following conditions:

from the effective date of this Agreement.

b. Financing: The Buyer's obligation to close is contingent upon obtaining financing with the terms

5. DEFAULT:

If either party fails to perform any obligation under this Agreement, the non-defaulting party may

6. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior
