10:30 to 10:45 AM
Invigilators will proceed to their respective classrooms with the test material and ensure that students are
seated as per the seating plan. The test booklet and OMR are to be distributed by 10:40 AM.
Invigilators will demonstrate the method of marking answers on the OMR sheets (The instructions are
available on the Invigilator Instruction Form). This is very important since most students may have never
filled an OMR sheet. The invigilator must instruct the scholars to read the instruction given in the question
paper and fill in the basic details asked for in the OMR and question paper. Scholars must not break the
seal of the question paper before the announcement of test time i.e. 11:00 AM.
11:00 AM:
The start of the test is announced.
11:00 AM to 11:30 AM
After the start of the test, Invigilators need to check whether the students have correctly bubbled the basic
details (Dakshana Roll number, Question Paper Set Code, Stream applying for) before signing in the
Invigilator space on the individual OMR. Students are required to sign the attendance sheet, and the
attendance count should be provided to the Dakshana Representative.
02:00 PM
At 02:00 PM, Invigilators will collect only question papers from students following the seating order at
first. Invigilators will ensure that the final count of papers matches the number of students in their
classrooms. Then they will collect OMR sheets in the same order.

At the end of the test, Invigilators will collect answer sheets (OMR) following the seating order. Invigilators
will ensure that the final count of question papers and OMR matches the number of students in their
classrooms before students leave the classroom.
All used & unused question papers and unused OMR, in the order of roll numbers, will be inserted in
the original Room Envelope (white) that they came in. Hand over the used OMR & attendance sheet
directly to the Dakshana Representative. Invigilators need to ensure that all the question papers and OMR

The Invigilator shall handover the following items to the Dakshana Representative in the Principal’s office:
For each classroom -
1. Original Room Envelope (White) containing used and unused question paper +
