the stipulated time in your exam TT.

 All examination will be conducted in


the classroom, unless otherwise
stated in the Exam Timetable or
informed by teachers.

 Switch OFF your mobile phone.
 Keep it securely in your bag.
 Place your bag in front of the
classroom, within sight so that you
can watch your bag while others are
collecting their bags at the end of
exam.

 Turn over the question paper only when
you are told to do so.
 Read the instructions carefully.
 Check that you have received the correct
question paper and it is NOT DEFECTIVE.
 E.g. of defects: missing pages, unclear
image or words, damaged, torn or
crumpled pages.

 DO NOT CHEAT!
 Any form of communication (Verbal and Non-
Verbal) with any other student(s) is considered
as CHEATING.
 Any form of copying from unauthorised material
is considered as CHEATING.

successful or not will be dealt with severely

DURING THE EXAM
Ensure all answers are labelled
clearly (numbered).
All answers should be written clearly
Use only Dark BLUE or BLACK pen
Use of Pencil is allowed ONLY for
graphs, diagrams or sketches.

DURING THE EXAM
SILENCE must be maintained AT ALL
TIMES.
This includes the distribution and
collection of papers until students are
dismissed or invigilator leaves the
classroom.
Raise your hand and wait patiently if
you need the invigilator’s attention.

End of the

26 END OF THE EXAM
 Hand in ALL answer scripts with your name
and index number clearly written on it.
 When given writing paper for your answers,
Tie the issued string to your paper even if
you have used one piece only.
 “Blank” writing paper submitted must have
the string tied to it and your name and
index number clearly written.

 NO LATE “DISCOVERIES” will be accepted.

 Students will not remove any answer
script, or any used or unused writing
paper from the examination venue.
 All used paper must be crushed and
thrown away in the waste paper bin
at the front of the exam venue.
 Unused paper can be returned to
the invigilator.

 If you are absent for any exam, an


M.C. must be provided and handed
to your Form Teacher the day you
return from M.C.

 Failure to do so=given a ‘ZERO’.

 If you are absent for a paper, due to feeling


unwell after Vaccination, please show your
vaccination slip to your Form Teacher the day you
return from absence.
more than 2 days after V= MC is required
within 2 days of V = MC not required
(eg: vaccine on Monday (day 0), Tuesday and Wednesday
(Day 1&2= no MC required, Thursday onwards= must have MC)
