1. The class will be group into three.
2. Instructions, materials and rubrics per group are found inside the given envelope.
3. All members of the group should participate, cooperate and collaborate during the
activity. Promote Fairness & Respect
4. Each group will select a leader to facilitate the proceedings of the activity, a
presenter if not everybody will be doing the reporting and a timer to monitor the time.
5. Each group will be given 7 minutes to do the differentiated learning tasks.
Group 1 - Slogan Making by forming a statement based from the prepared number
cipher code.
Group 2 - Identification of at least two Linear Measuring Instruments by Sketching or
Drawing these Instruments based on the given uses. Integration: MAPEH (Arts)
Group 3 - Identification of Linear Measuring Instruments by supplying the missing letters in
a Crossword Puzzle based from the given uses. Integration: English

6. The group will prepare the output for reporting/presenting.


7. Group Report/Presentation.
8. Each group will be rated by another group according to the Rubrics.
