many candidates as possible.

 After that call all the candidates one by one and


analyze and shortlist the skillful, talented and
needy candidates.

 Then calling all shortlisted candidates one by


one and take in them in Interview & Test
round .
Interview and Test is a general process of 45 minutes, in which we test
candidates in 3 ways for 15-15 minutes.

demonstration round of GMS. In this, we are studying

the client side.
 After this, we take the selected candidates who
successfully complete all these steps to the final
advanced training round.
 Final training round is a 3 day process in which we
give advance training to the selected candidates. Like
Excel work, Typing, Gets some work done on GMS
category and sub category and GMS Portal and
prepares them for sending to client's site.
 At the time of final training, we keep analyze on the
Candidates, who are skillful and able to fulfill all the
responsibilities, we prepare them for sending to the
client's office.
