The process frame indicates empirical research but the method

was not employed to gather data. The thesis calls for interviews 6~7
with both employer and employees to avoid partial conclusions. Removed

Revise the assumptions. Those enumerated in pages 9-10 are

not assumptions but facts. Assumptions are realistic 8~9
