    Dear Laurus,

    After careful review of your application and all supporting documents, we would like to offer you a place on our waitlist. While we
    cannot offer you admission to NYU at this time, your application presented compelling academic and personal achievements, and we
    would like to continue to evaluate your credentials should space become available in our class.

    If you wish to remain on the waitlist, please let us know by completing this form by January 10, 2024.

    Though we very much appreciate your interest in NYU, you are now released from your Early Decision agreement. If you accept a
    place on the waitlist, you will receive an email in early May 2024 which will provide an update on NYU's planned waitlist activity. If
    you do not submit the form by 5:00 p.m. EST on January 10, 2024, we will assume you are no longer interested in being
    considered for admission at NYU and we will withdraw your application.
