Fcl200 Act
“God saw that what He had made was good.” This means that each of His creatures
is good, a distinct and essential expression of God in His infinite goodness. As human beings,
we are all created in the image and likeness of God, and we are all created in accordance
with God’s will. God is a being who depends on nothing but upon whom everything else is
dependent. He brought the world into existence, and as the capstone of this good work, he
created people in his image so that they could share in his overflowing love, grace, and
goodness through their relationships with the Trinity. All of the things in this world depend
independently on one another, especially our Creator. God is the source of everything we
see around us. He is the one who created us out of His unconditional Love. None of us is
created in isolation; even the trees and grasses need us in order to survive, and the same
happens to us; without the trees and grasses, it will be hard for us to survive. No one is
excluded; because all creatures are connected, each and every one of us should be treated
equally and fairly, cherished with love and respect. Despite the differences we have, we are
still all related to or connected to one another, regardless of whether you are living or non-
living. Even the smallest creation of God matters a lot to us. No one should be left behind;
all of us are striving to survive, and we fulfill our lives through the help and support of other
beings around us. We exist because of them; we are dependent on each other and on the
world we live in in order for us to thrive and flourish. Once we learn how to recognize our
interconnectedness with one another, we can have a better life, not just for ourselves alone
but for all the species around us. As we better understand the divine nature manifested
throughout God's creation, and let our relationship to animals grow out of that
understanding, our thoughts and actions will be characterized by respect and caring
appreciation. We will be neither arrogant nor fearful but will delight in our growing
recognition of His creatures' beneficent goodness.
