Assignment Overview: Using the S.T.A.R. model studied in class, students will
choose four interview questions to respond to that fully demonstrate their understanding
of the S.T.A.R. model and which highlight their skills and experience(s). This
assignment is great practice for your upcoming oral mock interviews!

Assignment Details: Students will choose 4 questions from the list below to
respond to. Using a Word document, responses must be submitted in full sentences
(no point form answers) and should be answered as if you were responding to an
interviewer in a real interview situation. Please use subheadings to clearly distinguish
the questions from your answers.

The key is to answer the question in a direct and concise manner and
demonstrate your knowledge and experience using a real-life example as
illustrated through the S.T.A.R. method studied in class.

You are to submit your assignment on or before the due date to the DC Connect Drop
Box. Any technical issues are the responsibility of the student to resolve prior to
submission and if file(s) cannot be opened or accessed the assignment will be
considered LATE and a grade of zero will be applied.

PERSONAL AND TRUE REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE AND THE S.T.A.R. FORMAT FOR
