JOB PROFILE:
This position is permanent.
Job Type: Full-time(40 hours per week; 9 am-5 pm) / part-time (20 hours per week; 9 am-1 pm or 1 pm-5 pm)
Schedule: 4-8-hour shift, Mon-Fri
Location: Canadian residents only
Salary: $25 an hour
Travel required: remote (online), no relocation is required
Education: High School Degree or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as
needed • Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
• Recording and tracking payments in databases
• Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Clear and offset WEB online payments (such as Interac, Visa, Ethereum, MasterСard & PayPal) with
sales orders;
• Process, verify, and post payments and receipts for all Canadian and International customers.

If you do not have much-related experience in the Accounting area or Web design, we will provide
you with professional training with all the necessary information.

TRAINING:
14 business days. Training hours are paid at the rate of $25 an hour. Salary is paid when the training is over.
Alina Cucos will guide you during the training via phone and email. You need to have a phone with a good
Internet connection or a laptop. After the training, our company provides you with the necessary equipment
(laptop, callingdevices etc.).
The start date of your training begins after filling out the training agreement.

Recruiting process:

Step 1: You need to fill out an application form. The manager reviews your CV and the filled out
document. Please wait for a phone call after applying (approximately it takes
one working day). You should you have any.

candidacy is approved by the Head Department, the manager calls you to discuss the starting date
of the training.

Step 3: Fill out the financial document, and study the detailed information about the training structure.
You can discuss the most convenient time for you to start with your manager.

Step 4: Two-week training.

Step 5: Finish training, and get the results. Receive your salary by Interac E-transfer.
Get an invitation for the full interview with the CEO of the company.

Step 6: Successfully pass the interview. Sign up for a permanent contract with the company. Fill out the
tax forms and other documentation necessary.

Step 7: Congratulations! You are hired for the permanent position. Get necessary equipment by
 mail and get down to work.
