16. What strategies or practices do you use to enhance your emotional intelligence?
- One of the strategies to be used is to constantly check the emotional state of the employees by
providing surveys about emotional intelligence. This helps to understand the current emotional
status of the employees, whether they can manage their emotions well and how well they
understand the emotions of others. Another strategy is to create a safe and comfortable place
where employees can freely voice out their feelings or emotions without any hesitation. This
strategy promotes openness and encourages everyone to assess how they feel and how other
employees feel as well.

17. Are there specific areas of emotional intelligence you feel you need to improve on? If so, please
specify.
- Motivation and empathy, are both important for an employee to possess. Motivation will make
someone do their work better, as they are inspired to do so, without this, it may us inefficient
work. On the other hand, empathy is important for a team or within an organisation to promote
collaboration, which may lead to brainstorming that would lead to greater ideas.
