Terms of Sale
Warranty for the parts will have to be claimed from the service centre.
Damages during shipping, if any, will be handled by ElitePC. An uncut unboxing video of the Product is needed to claim the same.
On-call and online Technical support will be provided for free for 3 years after purchase in business hours. On-site service is not available. (Valid for PC Build
The PC will not include Wifi or Bluetooth unless a Wifi + Bluetooth Motherboard / Adapter is purchased.
The PC Will ship with a Trial version of Windows 10 along with all the necessary drivers pre installed.
ElitePC is not responsible for damage done due to Overclocking / changes in the hardware by the client.
Prices mentioned above are including shipping and assembly.
Prices and parts will be locked, once the advance amount is paid.
Cancellation of the order by the client after the advance is paid, cancellation charges and convenience fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
ElitePC's support will be limited to the PC and other parts purchased along side it.
The Product will be dispatched from the outlet only after the full payment has been received
The PC will take 3-5 working days to be ready for dispatch. During sales, the time will be 5-7 days. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as work days.
The Product pics if provided will be available for 1 month to download.
There may be an additional delay if any issue is detected during stress testing or if any product ordered is out of stock.
