Dear Sirs,

We, PT. Tunas Mapan Bersama being the consignee , or the ultimate endorsee bill of lading, hereby inform you that we appoint
below name(s) to act as on our behalf in effecting delivery of consignments that we have shipped with SITC.

The purpose of this letter is to clarify the terms on which we have granted authority to the requester/receiver names.

1.
We expressly authorise to the named requester(s) to request eDO from SITC of goods consigned under original bills of
lading, or sea waybills/Telex Released.
2. We expressly authorise and instruct SITC to release eDO to the named receiver(s).
3. The validity of this letter of authority will valid until new Authorization letter issued by our company.
