TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FCT COLLEGE OF NURSING

SCIENCES APPLICATION
1. Entry Requirement: WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with Five (5) Credit Passes in
English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more
than two sittings.
2. NABTEB result can only be combined with another NABTEB result.
3. Candidates with awaiting result are not eligible.
4. Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchase of this
form.
5. Pregnant candidates and candidates below theage of 17 (seventeen) years are
advised not to obtain the form.
6. The entrance examination is a Computer Based Test (CBT) hence, Candidates
must be computer literate.
7. Payment and application are to be completed through this portal via remita.
The School will not be held responsible for any financial transaction outside
this platform.
8. The application fee of Five thousand two hundred (N5,200) should be paid via
remita on this platform.
9. The Application is open for Basic Nursing Programme only
10. Note that any falsification of information will lead to disqualification of
application, thus, ensure that the information provided are correct and true.
