employees and their license numbers to support the application.

asking the Board to once again consider the application.

Mr. Alianza is a 48 year old Filipino National with 22 years electrical trade
experience. Quality Electric Ltd. is applying for a temporary wireman license for
Mr. Alianza and submitted along with his application a cover letter, resume, copy

wishes to employ him and is asking for the license to be tied to them, they
submitted along with his application a cover letter, their Trade & Business
License, list of their licensed employees and their license numbers to support the
application.

Mr. Bowman is a 50 year old Canadian National with 28 years electrical trade
experience. Mr. Dodge previously held a temporary electrician license (TE-381)
tied to Mepco Ltd. with whom he is no longer employed. Hay Electric Ltd. now
wishes to employ him and is asking for the license to be tied to them, they
submitted along with his application a cover letter, their Trade & Business
License, list of their licensed employees and their license numbers to support the
application.

experience. Mr. McIntosh previously held a temporary wireman license (TW-
264) tied to Power Plus (Cayman) Ltd. with whom he is no longer employed.
Mepco Ltd. is now applying for an electrician license for Mr. McIntosh and
submitted along with his application a cover letter, one reference letter, copy of
his Scottish Electrician License, two certificates, list of their licensed employees
and their license numbers to support the application.

Mr. Mason is a 31 year old Jamaican National with 14 years electrical trade
experience. Rankin’s Electrical Services is applying for a temporary electrician
license for Mr. Mason and submitted along with his application a cover letter, two
reference letters, copy of his Jamaican Electrician License, passport and their
receipt to show that they paid for their Trade & Business License to support the
application.

receipt to show that they paid for their Trade & Business License to support the

Infinity now wishes to employ him and is asking for the license to be tied to them,
they submitted along with his application a cover letter to support the application.
5. 8 SEAN F. CASSIDY
Mr. Cassidy is a 52 year old Canadian National with 25 years electrical trade
experience. Mr. Cassidy previously held a temporary electrician license (TE-340)
tied to Electra-Tech Services Ltd. with whom he is no longer employed. Accurate
Enterprises Ltd. now wishes to employ him and has submitted along with his
application a cover letter, asking that the license now be tied to them.
Decision from August 9, 2016 (meeting 8/16 item 5.6)
It was resolved to defer the application, for the following reason:
1. Accurate Enterprises Ltd. shall provide proof of having a valid Electrical
Contractors’ License.
Accurate Enterprises Ltd. has now submitted a new application form showing
Rodney Grant (E-222) as the responsible electrician for their company and is
asking the Board to once again consider the application.

9.0 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS’ LICENSE

9. 2 ENITH T. WHORMS CAMPBELL (ELECTRIC SYSTEMS)
Mrs. Whorms submitted along with her Electrical Contractors’ application form a
cover letter and a copy of her Trade & Business Licence to carry out the business
of Electrical Services to support her application.
Mr. Holmes submitted his Electrical Contractors’ application form showing Mr.
Shannon Walker (TE-254) as the responsible electrician for their company, a
cover letter, two reference letters, a copy of their Trade & Business Licence to
carry out the business of electrical/mechanical service and maintenance, list of
their licensed employees and their license numbers to support their application.
Decision from June 14, 2016 (meeting 6/16 item 9.4)
It was resolved to defer the application, for the following reason:
1. Submission of a responsible electrician meeting the requirements of
Regulation 60(2) of the Electricity Regulations (2011 Revision) noted below.
“Qualification for an electrical contractor’s licence shall be that the
applicant is the holder of, or whose business is managed and supervised by
the holder of, a valid licence under regulation 61(1)(), (b) or (c) for a period
exceeding two years immediately preceding the date of the application and
who satisfies the Board that he is a suitable candidate for such licence.
The applicant is reminded of the provisions of Regulation 60 (1) noted below.
Regulation 60 (1) “No person shall trade or carry on business as an electrical
contractor of any nature or employ staff for any such work unless he is licensed in
that behalf by the Board and also holds a license as an electrician or contractor
under the Trade and Business Licensing Law (2007 Revision).
Accurate Enterprises Ltd. has submitted a letter requesting the Board to once
again consider their application now that their responsible electrician has been
granted his full electrician license.

It was resolved to defer the application, for the following reason:
