The MA in Business Management study programme aims at providing the
future graduates with a multidimensional, managerial understanding of
business, and business organizations. The graduates shall be prepared to
serve as managers of the back office support units or consultants for
managers in their business decisions making analyses at any level of an
organization. This programme is addressed to people who possess a
creative ability to learn and are willing to put their old and new acquired
knowledge content in a new context that of business organizations. This

attitudes with others, coming from different backgrounds. The students
will be exposed to diversity in the class, and during their two year studies
to decision making, and problem solving through participation in business
simulations, and projects undertaken in real businesses.

The MA in Business Management programme has obtained official

accreditation by the IACBE (International Accreditation Council for
Business Education).

Please note that there is an ongoing change of regulations at the
University of Lodz (due to the reform of state Law on Higher Education
and Science) and there may be some amendments to admission rules in

Requirements (1) higher education (Bachelor) diploma or Master degree
(2) transcript of records showing the subjects/grades
(3) certificate of proficiency in English for foreigners (unless the first
degree was taught in English).
