BACKGROUND:
Born on December 9, 1976, Jimmy Thrace grew up in the Wheelwright district of Delta
Flats in Lousiana. He was one of the few students in his graduating class, but his tremendous mind
and grades weren't enough to over come the reputation of Wheelwright High School. He finally
decided to go into the army (to get out, at least, of Wheelwright.)
After four years of hiding his super abilities in fear of becoming an experiment as a private (he
made it to E-2), Jimmy decided to leave the military especially since there didn't seem to be much
future as an enlisted man.
Since leaving the army several months ago, Jimmy traveled some and saw a world where
he could make some serious money and maybe gain some fame as a Robin Hood sort of figure
(and if nice folks get saved in the process, then it just adds to the Flashfire name in his opinion).
He found a name and settled on an outfit. He chose black and blue, not because it's lack of
flashy-ness, but for its distinct difference from other fire-wielding heroes.
Jimmy came to Queenspointe because he believes that the city's problems offer him a
chance to get into numerous spotlight situations. Flashfire is looking for an agent to get to work
on getting him into comics, tv, and hopefully his own movie (preferably with either Angelina Jolie
or Diamond Lil (the L.A. hero). He constantly looks for the spotlight and will do nearly anything
with little regard for the danger (for instance, he has run into burning buildings after calling to
make sure the news cameras were on their way, bungee-jumped out of airplanes, off of
skyscrapers in downtown Empire City, and many other stunts.)
