special rarefied isotopic oxygen pool containing unique radioactive properties. If their
containment pool is breached and they do not receive immediate assistance, they will die within

USAGE NOTES:
This large slug-like creature is almost entirely composed of advanced brain cells with small flipper
appendages for swimming in it’s special pool environment. They have little ability for self-defense
outside of their telepathic connection to the Maelstrom surrounding them. The Dominus’s primary
task is the formulation of the Universal Algorithm. The Dominii are among the few mostly organic
entities remaining among the Maelstrom; thus primary cybernetic enhancement is a nanite
system providing nourishment and performing cellular messenger duties (the same as RNA for
humans). The Dominii communicate with each other via an enhanced dedicated Core Processing
Hub (CPH) team designed to compile, sort, and filter (weeding out duplication mostly) what the
Dominii see. This CPH’s second task is to collate the full Universal Algorithm, the ultimate message
of the Dominus, for dissemination to the body of the Maelstrom. The Algorithm is updated to the
Maelstrom 3 times per second and informs the Maelstrom on every task that they undertake.
