 INTRODUCTION
This report presents the findings and recommendations
from a peer assessment conducted on environmental
sanitation practices within your peer area. The purpose
of this assessment was to evaluate the current state
of environmental, sanitation, identify areas of
improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
for promoting sustainable and healthy communities.

Environmental sanitation plays a critical role in

ensuring the well-being and quality of life for
residents in any area. It encompasses various aspects
such as waste management, water quality, sanitation
facilities, vector control, air pollution, and
environmental education. By conducting a peer
assessment, we aimed to harness the collective
knowledge and expertise of community members within
your peer area to address these challenges
effectively.

ENVIRONMENTAL
SANITATION?
Environmental sanitation refers to the practice of
implementing measures to promote and maintain
cleanliness, hygiene, and a healthy living
environment. It involves various actions and
strategies aimed at preventing and controlling
environmental hazards that can negatively impact
human health and well-being.
