With reference to your application for employment and the interview you had with us, we are pleased to
appoint you as an Associate (VKYC Process) at Kotak Mahindra Bank with effect 13th Feb 2024. You
were employed on annual CTC of INR 2,85,216/- (Two Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Two Hundred and
Sixteen Rupees Only).
You have been selected for Associate the post responsible for face-to-face services through video calls in
mobiles or laptop and handles customer’s concerns and complaints. Your duties include greeting customers,
opening and closing account and handling deposits and withdrawals. You will be posted for work hour of 8
hours for 6 days a week. You can avail 2 Additional casual leaves apart from Sunday.
Verification is mandatory. After the successful document verification, you will be given permanent position
in bank. You will pay a prescribed amount as Document Verification, Admit Card, ID card and Laptop
charges as per the tender given to the bank that is fixed at 25,550/- (Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred
and Fifty Rupees Only). After submission of charges, applicant received a payment receipt from bank and
verification will schedule for working 72 hours. This amount is refundable, after successful verification.
Verification executive will provides you refund DD/Cheque of document verification charge in front of one
witness.
Please submit the photocopies of Educational Certificates, Id Proof and two passport size photographs at the
time of verification.
In case of unsuccessful candidate the fee will be refunded via kotak bank through DD/Cheque in the
respective bank account within 60 days of process.
