Application, duly filled in should accompany with the following

documents:

1) Upload Copy of the Certificate of 10th having passed examination.

2) Upload Copy of the Certificate of 12th passed examination in case
of DHMCT. In case of MBA graduation passed certificate or mark
sheet. If result is pending or appearing, then upload copy of the
Admit Card of the concerned Examination.
3) Copy of the Adhaar Card.
4) Copy of the School/College Leaving Certificate, may be submitted
before 31st August 2023
5) Copy of the Migration Certificate, may be submitted before 15th
September 2023

place of the application form.

Copy of the Receipt of Admission and First semester fee paid online OR deposited in
bank will be emailed to you immediately.
