Report on Digital Poster Making Activity

The National Service Scheme Unit of Indraprastha College for Women organized a ‘Digital
Poster Making Activity’ to observe the ‘International Transgender Day of Visibility.’
Rachel Crandall, a transgender activist introduced this event, in 2009, to honor and celebrate
the transgender community and raise awareness to diminish the discrimination faced by them.
The activity was conducted on 31st March,2023 wherein the volunteers were supposed to
create inspiring posters to promote an allied, inclusive and secure atmosphere for the
transgender community, and submit the same via Google forms. 17 volunteers participated in
the activity and a series of thought -provoking and unique posters were received, of which the
best ones were posted on the official social media handle of NSS, IPCW.
