Report on digital poster-making competition

The National Service Scheme Unit of Indraprastha College for Women organised a
Digital Poster Making Activity to observe the International Day of Yoga ie
observed on 21st June. The Competition was held to make the volunteers aware of
the benefits of Yoga in immunity building, stress relief, etc. A Google form was
circulated on 18th June, 2023 and the deadline for the same was 19 th June, 2023,
11:59 PM. Volunteers were required to design digital posters to commemorate
International Yoga Day and submit their entries in the Google form. This day is quite
significant to be celebrated this way as Prime Minister Modi announced this year’s
theme as ‘Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ and has constantly reiterated on its
emphasis so as to highlight Yoga’s importance in our daily life. The NSS volunteers
got an opportunity to embody the essence of Yoga through this activity. The activity
received an enthusiastic participation of 14 volunteers.
