Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani launched ‘e-Sanjeevani OPD’ mobile app through
video conferencing on 8th October, 2020 to provide online medical facilities to the
patients for various diseases. The app aims to reduce the load on hospitals and
OPDs. It is equipped with a two-way video call facility which facilitates direct
communication between doctors and patients. This app is capable of providing
necessary treatment to patients in remote areas. It will not only save their time in
reaching all the way to the nearest Community Health Centre (CHC) or Primary
Health Centre (PHC) but also enable them to get the necessary consultation from
medical experts. It is the best example of telemedicine and use of modern
technology in health sector. The scope of this service will be expanded to medical
colleges for connecting young doctors in the near future.

Dear Readers,
Government of Gujarat recently took giant stride into elevating the level of governance in the state by launching Digital Seva
Setu programme aimed at providing citizen services at their doorsteps. Its predecessor Seva Setu programme has met with
tremendous success. The ofine version of the programme had successfully brought in absolute transparency into the operations of
government departments and enable people across the state to avail government services from the comfort of their homes.
With the pandemic in mind, Shri Rupani announced the roll out of Digital Seva Setu, which means that people across Gujarat
can now get government services with just a click of the button. Truly aligned to the Digital India mission envisioned by Hon’ble Prime
Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this initiative will provide optical bre network to 3500 village Panchayats across the state. Gradually
the services of Digital Seva Setu shall be extended to all the village Panchayats of Gujarat. With the Digital Seva Setu in place, citizens –
especially those in the rural areas- can now avail online government services at the local Gram Panchayat. This eliminates the age-old
practice of lining up outside district or Taluka headquarters for government administrative works. With the Digital Seva Setu, the
government has taken its services to the hinterland of Gujarat, and has assured the speediest delivery of public services. To know

The incorporation of technology to further enhance the quality of governance is not new to Gujarat. The exemplary use of the
CM Dashboard by Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani had set a precedent for effective and smart governance. Not only did the CM
Dashboard present a bird’s view of the pandemic situation of the state to Shri Rupani but also served as a bridge that kept the people
of Gujarat personally connected to the CM. You can read more about it in our story “CM Dashboard: Saviour Amidst Crisis.”
The onslaught of the pandemic in Gujarat made the state government revisit their approach towards governance and come up
with new measures that support good governance and enable citizens to live without fear and uncertainty caused by the
Coronavirus pandemic. While the state government had set precedent during the lockdown by providing free food grains to over
80% citizens in the state, it has now announced another programme that will cover an additional 50 lakh citizens in Gujarat under the
NFSA scheme.
Furthermore, the state government also took into consideration the nancial stress that parents have been enduring for the
past few months. In view of the situation, the state government announced a 25 per cent waiver on tuition fees for 2020-21.
Gujarat added yet another feather to its hat when the Gujarat Forensic Sciences University and Raksha Shakti University were
conferred the Institutes of National Importance title by the Central Government. Gujarat is recognised as one of the preferred
destinations for education and thousands of students ock to the state for higher education. With these two institutes gaining the
coveted title, the state will now be recognised as one of the few places across the globe that offers specic courses in the elds of
security and forensic sciences.
All of these developments came in the month of October - a month that each Gujarati holds close to his heart. The reason for
this is October 2, a date that is etched forever in the minds of Indians across the globe. It is the birth anniversary of our Father of the
Nation – Mahatma Gandhi who infused a sense of pride in each Indian, motivated them to use non-violence and Satyagraha to ght
against the Oppression of the British Raj and nally secured Independence for our country.
The Mahatma’s birth anniversary is a very special day for the Government of Gujarat. This year, our Chief Minister Shri Vijay
Rupani joined into the celebrations through video conferencing and announced a slew of projects that will play a crucial role in the
upliftment of the society and ensure better quality of life for Gujaratis across the state. You can read more about Gandhi Jayanti
celebrations and the initiatives taken by the state government for further welfare of Gujaratis in our story titled ‘Gandhi Jayanti’.

M
ohandas Karamchand Gandhi born on October 2, 1869 in the Porbandar district of
Gujarat, took birth amidst the ongoing British rule full of atrocities and
discriminations and impending sufferings. He completed his schooling from Alfred
High School - Rajkot, which was named after him years later and has now been turned into a
museum to commemorate his ideals and philosophies. He went on to become a lawyer but had an
unsuccessful experience trying to establish himself as an imminent lawyer, hence he moved to
South Africa to practice in a law rm. South Africa became the location for his rst Satyagrah to
protest against injustice and ethnic discrimination. Upon returning to India in 1915, he dedicated
himself to free India from the shackles of British rule through a series of civil disobedience and non-
violence movements till 1948 when nally India won Independence.

He was a distinguished freedom ghter and an

important political leader who played a predominant
role in India's freedom struggle and is fondly
remembered by Indians for the philosophies he
advocated. Apart from that, his humanity and ideals
won the hearts of citizens and he was attributed
various titles like Mahatma (Great Soul), Bapu
(endearment for father in hindi language) and most
signicantly he was known as the Father of the
Nation for his contributions. His birth anniversary is
celebrated as ‘Gandhi Jayanti’ to honour his
contribution to the Indian freedom struggle and
importance of non-violence, tolerance, peace and
self-reliance.
Apart from being the pioneer of the freedom many political leaders such as Nelson Mandela
movement in India and leading India to (Former President of South Africa), Martin Luther
Independence, Mahatma Gandhi is also venerated King Jr (American Minister) and Aung San Suu Kyi
across the globe for the simple and virtuous life he (Burmese politician, diplomat, author, and a 1991
led. His benevolence and morals have inspired Nobel Peace Prize laureate).

GUJARAT CELEBRATES 151ST GANDHI JAYANTI
‘Prarthna Sabha’ at Kirti
Mandir in Porbandar
A Prarthna Sabha (Prayer Meeting) was held to
mark the 151stGandhi Jayanti at KirtiMandir in
Porbandar. Chief Minister became a part of the
sabha through video conferencing. Speaking on the
occasion, the Chief Minister began by elaborating on
how the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi holds
solutions for every problem posed even in the
current times.
He further spoke about the determination of
the Government of Gujarat to stride forward with
Gandhiji’s ideology of ‘Ram Rajya, Kalyan Rajya and
Upliftment for all with the motto of Sauna sukhe
sukhi, sauna dukhe dukhi which translates to Being
Happy in the Joy of others, sad in the sorrow of
others.
With an aim to spread the morals and values
from Mahatma Gandhi’s life across the world, he
said an intensive effort has been made to build a
Gandhi Circuit by connecting all the places where he
left traces of his philosophies and learnings like
Sabarmati Ashram, Rajkot School where he
completed his education, Dandi Yatra and Kirti
Mandir.

4 Districts of Gujarat declared
100% 'Nal se Jal’
In a bid to fulll the dream of ‘Gramutthan’
(Village Upliftment) of Mahatma Gandhi on his 151st
birth anniversary, Shri Rupani launched the ‘Nal se
Jal’ scheme, under which drinking water would be
supplied to each and every house in every village of
four districts of Gujarat, namely, Gandhinagar
(3,09,826 houses), Mehsana (5,10,503 houses),
Anand (4,01,409 houses) and Porbandar districts
(67,572 houses).
Addressing the event, the Chief Minister
said the state government is determined to
ensure supply of drinking water in all taps just
like it had completed the aim of providing in-
house toilet to every house in the state. With
this, the state will become a ‘Hand-Pump
Free’ state.
He further said that Gujarat under the
leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has
established an elaborate water management system

people. Issues of potable water supply will soon
be resolved as targets of Nal se Jal Yojana will be
achieved.”
Through video conferencing from
Gandhinagar, as a part of the state-wide celebration
of the 151st Gandhi Jayanti as ‘Rashtriya Swachhta
Diwas’ (National Cleanliness Day), Chief Minister
Shri Vijay Rupani launched the simultaneous hand
washing-sanitization campaign wherein more than
500,000 women from more than 3,800 places
across the state participated.

Shri Rupani also emphasized on the use of
masks, sanitizing hands at regular intervals and
maintaining social distancing as remedies to ght
against Coronavirus that resonates with the
signicance attributed to hygiene and cleanliness by
Mahatma Gandhi and his mantra
‘Swachhta–Swasthtataya Prabhuta’ (Divinity Exists in
Cleanliness and Healthiness). Following the ideals of
Gandhiji, Prime Minister Shri Modi has undertaken
the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and India has been
changing for the better since then. Shri Rupani called
the hand-wash campaign a contribution to making
India completely clean.
Along with bringing together Nari Shakti, this
campaign also aids in the ght against
Coronavirus.

As a part of this programme, which was
organized by the Women and Child Welfare
Department, the Chief Minister also e-launched 835
Nand-Ghars (Homes) and various Seja Centres, to
be built at a cost of Rs.59.87 crore in Gujarat. Along
with that, Nand Ghar Information Tracking
Application (NEETA) and Dashboard was e-
launched to monitor various infrastructural facilities
in the state's Nanda Ghar Anganwadis.
At the state level, Shri Rupani awarded ‘Mata
Yashoda Awards’ to women who are dedicated
towards taking care of children at Nand-Ghar
Anganwadis. And the awardees at district and tehsil
levels received awards from Deputy Chief Minister
Shri Nitin Patel.

self-dependence and historical pride, i.eKhadi which
was promoted by Mahatma Gandhi in the ght
against British rule, Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani
announced a 20 % special rebate on sale of Khadi
between 5thOctober and 31stDecember 2020.
The special rebate was announced with the
objective to popularize use of khadi among the
citizens to support rural families that earn their
livelihood through Khadi weaving and sale of Khadi
items.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister

condition. Therefore, it was converted into Gandhi
Museum and has been set up as a world class
memorial with naming it as ‘Smruti Mandir.’

initiatives. With the state
still battling the pandemic,
the Chief Minister has
ensured that despite the
challenges, all the citizens
should have access to
sufcient food.
I n yet another landmark decision, Shri Rupani
has announced that food grains shall be
provided to an additional 10 lakh families at
nominal rates under the National Food Security Act.
Through this decision, a whopping 50 lakh additional
people will now be covered under the NFSA and be
eligible to avail food grains and essentials at subsidised
rates every month.
Besides this, these 50 lakh people will also be
able to avail other benets under the NFSA. Under
this initiative, people covered under the NFSA will be
able to avail a kilo wheat for a nominal price of Rs 2
and a kilo of rice for Rs 3 only. Put together, these
beneciaries will receive 5 kilos of food grains from
17,000 plus authorised ration shops and the Pandit
Deendayal Upadhyay stores.

 So far as much as 50 per cent of the total
population of Gujarat is provided food grains and
other essentials under the NFSA. With the CM’s
latest decision of including 10 lakh families, an
additional 50 lakh persons have also come under the
coverage of NFSA.
Under the latest initiative, the disabled citizens
registered under various state government-run
schemes for divyangs, women pensioners under
Ganga Swaroop Yojana, senior citizens availing
pension from central or state government and BPL
Families who are not included in NFSA have now
been included in the NFSA. Not only this, the Chief

Minister has also announced that autorickshaw
drivers and persons who operate commercial three
wheelers will also be covered under this scheme.
With operations yet to recover from the lockdown,
autorickshaw drivers have been struggling to make
ends meet. This decision comes as a huge relief to
this community and through the Chief Minister’s
empathetic approach to include them under the
NFSA, these drivers will have a steady ow of food
grains to help them and their families tide these
trying times.
CM Rupani’s decision of including this huge
population under the NFSA shall have several far-

reaching effects. Not only has he considered the
weaker and economically challenged sections of the
community, he has walked the extra mile to ensure
that the physically challenged in the state can be
provided as much assistance as possible from the
state government.
Shri Rupani has directed the administration to
not only distribute the food grains to the physically
challenged citizens in the state, he has asked the
authorities to include every one that comes under
the physically challenged segment into the NFSA
cover. They shall also be provided NFSA cards to
ease the process of procurement of essentials.

This new decision will also cover women and
pensioners. The cut off age for senior citizens under
the Pension Scheme has been changed to 60 years
instead of 65. Under the new inclusion in the NFSA,
senior citizens living in old age homes and other
shelter homes will be covered.
Through this decision, CM Rupani has set a
precedent for good and sensitive governance. As
per his new decision, among the additional 50 lakh
persons who shall now be covered under the NFSA
scheme, migrant labourers and daily wage workers
comprise a major chunk.
This decision is a furtherance of the brilliant
decision that Shri Rupani had made during the
lockdown a few months ago. During the lockdown,
the state administration walked the extra mile to
ensure that food grains were distributed among the
weaker sections of the society. For the rst time, the
public distribution system was open to even migrant
labourers. Through active and aggressive
distribution, the state authorities distributed 12.50
lakh metric tonnes of food grains and essentials
worth Rs 3394 crores to 5.30 crore citizens free of
cost.

What is the Digital Seva Setu ?

Government services will be made available to
the people in rural areas at the Panchayat level under
Digital Seva Setu using modern technology. The aim
is to save time, money and energy of the people
living in villages so that they do not have to visit the
government ofces in the District or Talukas time
and again. Phase-1 of Digital Seva Setu was started
from 8th October, 2020 in 2000 Village Panchayats
with 20 types of pro-people services. Another 8
thousand Village Panchayats will be covered by
December 2020. Citizens will be able to reap
benets of this program by paying a nominal fee of
Rs.20.
An important feature of the Digital Seva Setu
is the fact that villages of Gujarat will be
connected with a 100 MBPS optical bre
network under BharatNet Project. Various
government services which were available at the
Taluka or District level will now be available at the
village level. It is important to mention that
Gujarat leads India in implementing Phase-2 of
the Bharat Net Project.

ü Under the provision of Article-3 of Oaths Act-
1969, the Chief Minister has provided powers
of afdavit to the Talati cum Minister at the Village
Panchayat level.

sign rather than physical signatures.

the mantra of ‘Minimum Government-

In September 2020, CM Shri Vijay Rupani said
that his government aims to become the rst to
implement the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP)
and will soon form a task force to create a roadmap for

“The new NEP has been translated into
Gujarati and a task force is being formed to make a
roadmap for Gujarat soon,” the Chief Minister said.
On the basis of this roadmap, the state will make
drastic changes in education, right from primary to
secondary and higher education, from KG to PG

inception the varsity has trained more than 10,000
police ofcers, experts of forensic sciences and
security from India and the world.
GFSU has made remarkable efforts for
facilitating research, training and establishment of
laboratories by signing MoUs with 58 countries. It
has also received proposals to establish off-shore
campuses in various countries like Myanmar,
Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, Rwanda, Maldives,
Zimbabwe, and Bangladesh.
As a national institute it can now have campuses
and afliated colleges in various states of the country
and also across the world. This will also help the
university to enrol candidates for research grants,
fellowship programs and consultancy programs

grievances of the citizens, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani launched a novel
project – the CM Dashboard in May 2017. The dashboard – a digital terminal listing
the progress of various government projects and development works on a single
screen -was launched with the aim to bring transparency into the operations of
government departments and ensure timely completion of government projects.

The dashboard assists the Chief Minister to
monitor the works of 20 major departments on a daily
basis through more than 3000 performance
indicators. CM Dashboard acts as the ‘Third Eye’ of
the state government, and has assisted in increasing
accountability amongst government ofcials thereby
leading to good governance and healthy competition
among various departments and regions.
The CM Dashboard gives the Chief Minister
single point access to monitor the progress of
various initiatives and projects, while also projecting
data for the future course of action. The Dashboard

providing right and timely aid to all citizens pertaining
to their health issues. The commitment of the state
government coupled with the hard work and on-
ground efforts of the doctors and frontline workers
across Gujarat has strengthened the citizens in the
ght against COVID-19 and the recovery rate is as
high as 90% in October 2020.
Amidst the ght against COVID-19, the state
government roped in private hospitals to provide
their services for the rising number of cases. While
private hospitals have played an instrumental role in
treating Coronavirus patients, there have been
instances where private hospitals have refused to
treat patients with other diseases due to various
underlying reasons.
One such case took place in Jamnagar district of
Gujarat. A woman named Amina Hanifbhai Sama
broke her arm. Her family members took her to the
private hospital for immediate treatment but she
was refused check-up due to the spread of
Coronavirus. The refusal to treat her and the
increasing pain in her arm made Aminaben further
stressed and anxious. Stricken with pain, she was
then taken to G.G. Government Hospital of
Jamnagar. Her prayers were answered as the
doctors at the government hospital not only
provided immediate treatment but also comforted
her. After a thorough check up in the orthopedic
OPD, the family was informed that a plate needs to
be inserted in her arm, to be procured from
Ahmedabad. Wanting Aminaben to be relieved of
her pain, the plate was ordered and a date for the
operation was xed on the dot.
However, the plate didn’t reach Jamnagar till
the date of operation, and the operation was
delayed. Aminaben was in a lot of pain, her daily life
was affected, her time with her family doing daily
chores was hampered, and hence she was in dire
need of relief.

Acknowledging Nabard’s (National
Bank for Agriculture and Rural
Development) contribution to Gujarat in
I R D F, w a r e h o u s i n g i n f r a s t r u c t u r e ,
agricultural infrastructure and micro
irrigation, Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani
said Nabard will play a major role in the
making of Atmanirbhar Gujarat with
assistance in agriculture, irrigation, sheries,
watershed and particularly women’s
empowerment and uplift.
At the event held on 5th October 2020,
Nabard handed over two approval letters to
the Chief Minister for Rs.22-lakh assistance
to two farmers to set up organic spice seeds
park for fennel seeds in Banaskantha district
and cumin seeds in Patan district. Shri Rupani
also expects assistance from Nabard for
projects like farmers directly exporting
famous Kesar mango through block chain
technology, UV radiation and Geo-mapping.
Nabard also plans to start 39 new Farmers
Producers Organisations (FPOs) in Gujarat
this year.
The Chief Minister released posters and
banners as part of Nabard Cleanliness
Awareness Campaign for 100 villages of the
state at the meeting.

Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani
addressed a function held to dedicate the
newly built ofces of Dholera and Ghogha

tehsils and ‘Bhoomi Pujan’ of ofces of Surat,
Panchmahal district panchayats as well as
Viramgam and Dhandhuka tehsils to the
people via video-conferencing on 5th
October 2020. He added that the new
Panchayat Bhavan will become a centre of
services for the citizens and ease the
processes held at the panchayat level.
Lastly, he termed the ‘Panchayati Raj
Vyavastha’ (Panchayati Governance System)
as the “Soul” of Gujarat and said that
Mahatma Gandhi’s concept of
decentralization of the power from
Parliament to Village Panchayat and to make
the latter as mini-assembly has been
successfully implemented as the Panchayati
Raj Vyavastha in Gujarat.

OF NIRMA UNIVERSITY
In order to motivate the youth to take
active part in nation building, Chief Minister
Shri Vijay Rupani addressed at a Silver Jubilee
function of Nirma University through vedio
conferencing on 3rd October, 2020. He
expressed his resolve to inspire the youth to
create ‘New India’ by invoking the mantra of
‘Skill+Will+Zeal = Win’ by channelizing the
capacity of various universities in the state.
Shri Rupani said that several educated
youth passing out of the state universities are
now moving towards global opportunities in
the knowledge-based economy.
He said that Nirma University has
become a entre of excellence and is now
being recognised among the best universities
in India and abroad. He also released a
souvenir on the occasion.

GUJARAT
Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani e-launched and
laid foundation stone of various developmental
works of 23 municipalities of the state at a cost of Rs.
105 crores from the grant of Gujarat Municipal
Finance Board on 6th October, 2020.
On the occasion Shri Rupani said that Gujarat
has not stopped developmental works even in the
times of Covid-19 pandemic. Developmental
works in the state should not stop in any way due to
lack of funds, the state government will provide
sufcient funds.
He said that in the last four months,
developmental works worth Rs.11,000 crores have
been e-launched across Gujarat. An amount of
Rs.11,000 crore have been recently credited
directly to the accounts for developmental works in
the municipalities and Municipal Corporations of the
state.
19TH MEETING OF GUJARAT
STATE WILDLIFE BOARD
Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani attended the
19th meeting of Gujarat State Wildlife Board on
29th September 2020 where he was informed
about increasing numbers of Asiatic Lions and
Ghudkhar (Wild Ass) which is an achievement for
the wildlife sector in Gujarat. To add to the good
news, a mass-scale nesting of amingos has been
witnessed in Kutch. Hence, colonies of ‘Greater
Flamingos’ and ‘Laser Flamingos’ were also setup
along with over 100,000 baby (cub) amingos.
During the meeting, Shri Rupani reviewed the
various works and activities of the forest department
installations of oil and crude pipeline, gas pipeline,
electrical lines, road transmission line and optical
bre cables for usage in this protected zone as well
as setting up a Natural gas pipeline project of Gujarat
State Petronet Limited in the ‘Eco Sensitive Zone’.

SEWERAGE PROJECT WORKS
AT ARAVALLI DISTRICT
Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani laid foundation
stone of underground sewerage project works
worth Rs.70 crore in the newly created Aravalli
district through video conferencing on 28th
September 2020. The Rs.70 crore underground
sewerage project is a part of various other public
projects that sum up to Rs.92.75.
He also dedicated various ofce buildings and
building of animal husbandry department worth
Rs.1.20 crore and said that the state government is
committed to provide adequate water, electricity,
crop insurance assistance to the farmers of the state
and state-of-the-art equipment in the animal
husbandry business by making animal husbandry
equivalent to agriculture.

ओपीडी’ मोबाइल ऐप को लॉ च िकया। इस मोबाइल ऐप से अब मरीज़ डॉ टर का परामश
ऑनलाइन बहत ही आसानी से ले सकगे। इस ऐप का उ े य अ पताल म ओपीडी के भार को कम
करना है। इस ऐप म दोन तरफ से वीिडयो कॉिलगं क सिवधाु दी गई है तािक मरीज़ और
िचिक सक सीधे तौर पर जड़ु सक और मरीज़ को सही इलाज िमल सके । यह ऐप दरवत ू इलाक म
मरीज़ को ज़ री इलाज देने म भी सहायक है। इससे न के वल मरीज़ का सामदाियक ु वा य क
या ाथिमक वा य क तक जाने का समय बचेगा बि क उ ह समय पर और शी ता के साथ
सही इलाज क सिवधाु भी िमल सके गी। यह ऐप, टे िलमेिडिसन और वा य के े म तकनीक के
उपयोग का एक अ छा उदाहरण है। यवाु डॉ टर भी इस तकनीक से जड़ु इसके िलए आने वाले
समय म इसे मेिडकल कॉलेज तक पहचाया ं जाएगा।

पर ही उपल ध ह गी। इसके पहले, गजरात ु सरकार का सेवा सेतु काय म भी बहत ही सफल रहा ह।ै और यही कारण है िक अब इसे िडिजटली लॉ च िकया गया ह।ै सेवा सेतु
आम नाग रक के बीच बहत ही लोकि य पहल है िजसके अतगत ं सरकार के ितिनिध लोग के बीच जाकर उनक सम याओ ं और िशकायत का समाधान दतेे ह। सेवा
सेतु काय म ने एक ओर लोग के बीच सरकारी काम को लेकर पारदिशता लाने का काम िकया है तो वह दसरी ू ओर लोग को भी उनके े म ही उनक सम याओ ं का
समाधान िमलने क सिवधा ु दी ह।ै
कोिवड-19 जैसी वैि क महामारी को यान म रखते हए मु यमं ी ी िवजय पाणी ने सेवा सेतु को िडिजटल सेवा सेतु के प म ततु िकया ह।ै गजरात ु के हर

के 10 लाख प रवार यािन लगभग 50 लाख अित र लोग अब NFSA के
दायरे म आ जाएगें । NFSA के दायरे म आने वाले ये अित र 10 लाख

कायालय पर जाना न पड़े, उनका समय बचे और आने-जाने का

सेतु का प िदया गया ह।ै 8 अ टबर ू से दो हजार ाम पचायत ं म 20
सेवाओ ं के साथ िडिजटल सेवा सेतु पहल क शु आत हो चक ु है
और िदस बर 2020 तक 8 हजार ाम पचायत ं को िडिजटल सेवा
सेतु के तहत कवर करने का ल य तय िकया गया ह।ै
िडिजटल सेवासेतु म सबसे मह वपणू बात यह है िक, रा य के
गाँव म 100 MBPS का हाई पीड इ टरनेट आसानी से िमल सके
उसके िलए ऑि टकल फायबर नेटवक से कने श स िदये जायगे।
अपने इस उ े य को मतू प दनेे के िलए ी पाणी ने िडिजटल
ा सफॉमशन क मदद से हए ाम पचायत ं को फायबर नेटवक से

ऐसा ही एक मामला सामने आया गजरात ु के जामनगर म।
अमीना हनीफ़भाई सामा नाम क एक मिहला क बाज़ू टटू गई
िजसके बाद उनके प रवार के लोग उ ह त काल उपचार के िलए पास
के िनजी अ पताल म ले आए लेिकन कोरोना वायरस के फै लने से
डरकर अ पताल ने उनका इलाज करने से मना कर िदया। अ पताल
के मना करने क वजह से अमीना क बाज़ू का दद बढ़ता ही गया
िजसके कारण उनक हालत और खराब हो गई। िनजी अ पताल क
मनाही के बाद अमीना को जामनगर के G.G गवमट हॉि पल ले
जाया गया। यहां के डॉ टर ने ना के वल अमीना का समय पर इलाज
िकया बि क उ ह सां वना भी दी। अमीनाबेन और उसके प रवार क

बताया गया िक अमीना क बाजू म एक लेट लगाई जानी है जो उ ह
अहमदाबाद जाकर खरीदनी होगी। अमीनाबेन क सलामती के िलए

से िवकलागं थे और उनक प नी क तबीयत भी ठीक नह थी िजसके
कारण प रवार परे शािनय से जझू रहा था। िकसी भी प रवार के सद य
एक-दसरे
ू के साथ रहना चाहते ह और चाहते ह िक सभी सव थ रह।
अपने िवकलागं बेटे क सहायता के िलए रमनभाई ने सामािजक
सरु ा काय़ालय से िवकलागतां सहायता ा करने का आवेदन िदया

जब रमनभाई को ये पता चला क गजरात ु के मु यमं ी सीएम

के नए िवकासा मक काय को ई-लॉ च िकया।
12 अ टबर,ू 2020 को मु यमं ी ने भावनगर म 41.36 करोड़ पए क लागत
वाले िवकास काय को ई-लॉ च िकया। इसम भावनगर रे ज IGP के िलए 3.90
करोड़ पए क लागत से अ ामॉडन ऑिफस और तीन पिलस ु लाइन, डॉग के नल
और से स पिलस
ु टे शन का िनमाण िकया जाएगा।
13 अ टबर, ू 2020 को मु यमं ी ने भारत के पवू धानमं ी वग य ी
अटल िबहारी वाजपेयी क ितमा का अनावरण िकया और 42 करोड़ पए के
िविभ न िवकासा मक काय का लोकापण िकया। ेनेज वॉटर को यरीफाई ू करने
के िलए दो STP ला टस ् को थािपत करने और बेघर ग़रीब के िलए पिडत ं
दीनदयाल उपा याय शे टर होम का िनमाण करना भी इन िवकास काय म
शािमल था।
