Greetings!

This is to notify you of the dishonor of the following checks that you issued in our
favor for reason that the checks were drawn against closed account, to wit;

1. BRB Check number 0001124576, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
April 30, 2022 for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

2. BRB Check number 0001124577, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
May 31, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

3. BRB Check number 0001124578, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
June 30, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

4. BRB Check number 0001124579, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
July 31, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

5. BRB Check number 0001124580, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
August 31, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

6. BRB Check number 0001124581, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
September 30, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

7. BRB Check number 0001124599, pay to the order of Myla San Juan, with date
October 31, 2022, for the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00 Php);

When you issued the said checks, you have assured us that there are more than
sufficient funds to cover the said amount, however, the checks were returned
dishonored. Your strong representation that you have sufficient funds or existing
accounts in the above said bank accounts to cover the above checks is the reason why
we loaned to you an amount of 350,000 three hundred fifty thousand for financing,
without which we would not have done so.

Demand is now made upon you to make good your obligation within five (5) days
from receipt hereof.

Your failure to comply with this demand shall constrain us to pursue necessary
legal action against you in our courts of law.
