It’s a pleasure connecting with you. I am writing to formally request tools and equipment for
the HE Laboratory at Mary the Queen of Montalban Rizal College Inc. As we strive to provide an
enriching educational experience for our students, the enhancement of our laboratory
resources is most important.
Our laboratory serves as a center for practical learning for students pursuing TVL. While we
have made significant pace in maintaining a conducive learning environment, we have
identified the need for the following tools and equipment to further enrich the real-world
experience. We believe that the inclusion of these tools and equipment will not only enhance
the hands-on learning experience for our students but also contribute to the overall
effectiveness of our educational programs.
We appreciate your time and consideration of this matter. To assist in the consideration of this
request, we have attached a detailed list outlining the specifications.

Queen of Montalban Rizal College Inc.
List of request tools and equipment and its specification for HE Laboratory:
1. Knife set - for cutting, chopping, dicing, slicing, mincing, peeling, separating, and other
kitchen tasks where the thin metal shaft of a blade is of value for food preparation.
2. Measuring tools
- Mass scale, instant-read thermometer, measuring cups, and measuring spoon.
3. Strainers
- Strainer, colander, drum sieve or tamis, cheesecloth, chinois, and food mill

4. Cookware’s
- Stockpot, saucepan, casserole, roasting pan, baking sheet, cake pan, iron skillet,
wok, and carajay.
5. Cooking utensils
- Baster, bottle and can opener, cutting and chopping board, dredger/shaker, emery
boards and sharpen steel, flipper, funnels, garlic press, grater, handy poultry and
roasting tools, kitchen shears, pasta or spoon server, soup ladle, potato masher,
peeler, scraper, spatula, tongs, two-tine fork, and whisk or wire whip.
