It is contended that challenging the judgment impugned

Government Appeal no. 1 of 2009 has been filed. Therefore, this

Criminal Revision should not be disposed of separately.

Under such circumstances, liberty is given to Mr.

Chattopadhyay, learned counsel to move the Hon’ble the Chief

Justice for necessary direction.
