1. Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on

record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has applied for information. Being unable to

elicit such information, ultimately a second appeal had to

be preferred by the petitioner, which is now pending.

3. It is argued that the time for disposal of the said

appeal, that is, sixty days is now over. However, the

appeal is still pending.

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA

8595 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of by directing the

respondent no.3 to dispose of the second appeal pending

at the behest of the petitioner as expeditiously as

possible, positively within November 30, 2023.

There will be no order as to costs.

be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite

formalities.
