    Lakshmi Kanth, Advocate for D.Hr and the matter having stood over for consideration till this
    day, this court made the following:

    ORDER

    The D.Hr filed this EP under Order 21 Rule 22,43,66 and 64 of CPC praying the court

    to order attached movable properties of J.Dr.1 in public auction and pass necessary orders.

    Batta not represented. Lastly called at 5.10 p.m. Hence, petition is dismissed for

    default.
