ORDER

The D.Hr filed this Execution Petition under Order 21 Rule 43,66 and 64 of CPC praying

the court to issue notice to J.Dr.No.1 and attach the petition schedule movable property and

issue sale proclamation notice and pass necessary orders.

Batta not paid. E.P is dismissed for default.
