Sir,
In the above noted case, application of Dr. Amit Bansal legal
representative/Natural heir of Mrs. Saroj Bansal, deceased defendant No. 3 and
power of attorney holder on behalf of defendant No. 5 Mrs. Nayantara Jindal, is
as follows.
1. That, the above mentioned case is being fixed for hearing, today.
2. That, I believe as the Honable court rightly pointed out, on the last date
of hearing that since I am not a legal expert/person, court is of the view
that I definitely must seek a help of another legal expert, in the light of
recent developments.
3. That, since last two hearing viz. 03.03.2017 and 24.03.17 the order sheet
in the instant case was being sent to the copying department, as other
parties have sought certified
