    For today's meeting - February 06, 2024

    1. The syllabus was provided earlier for our reference.

    2. We discussed Rule 128 (General Provisions and admissibility) including cases related to this Rule. Also,
    we discussed Section 21 of RA No. 9165 (Chain of Custody Rule); Paragraph 2, Section 3, Article III of the
    Constitution (Exclusionary Rule) and a bit of RA No. 4200 (Anti-Wiretapping Act).

    3. For next meeting, February 13, 2024:

    a. Recitation shall be in Alphabetical Order.

    b. We will continue to discuss Rule 129 (What need not be proved?) and the 7 cases.

    C. We will have a QUIZ - Coverage: What has been discussed today.
