Sub:-Requesting for relocate Postal Assistant to the Allur S.O. -reg.

Respected Sir,

I am submitting few lines for your kind consideration, that Allur S.O is “Class-A” office
handling 12 B.O’s with sanctioned strength of 1+2. But one of our Postal Assistant named
Mr.P.Dayakar has been directed work to Marripadu S.O on deputation as SPM from 8/12/2023 to till
date. Now we are left with SPM and single P.A. at S.O. As we aware Allur S.O with 12 B.o’S, It has
became very difficult to handle since he left the office. Due to shortage of manpower, we are
currently experiencing significant pendency of work at S.O. Despite showing tenacity to cope up, we
are still falling short to clear backlog. If the current situation is continues, we may losing morale of
our customers. As we all know, this is the crucial time for us to full fill the financial targets indicated
by department. With this current staff strength, we may fail miserable to achieve prime financial
targets. Once again my humble request to you is, Sir please relocate Mr. P.Dayakar (P.A) to parent
office Allur S.O. So that we can fulfill our goals indicated by department and to ensure seamless
work flow at office. Your response is very much appreciated Sir.
