Sub: Request for the permission to celebrate DINDIMA 2022- Kannada Rajyotsava at RTC,
Peenya
As per the discussions we had in the meeting with you on 15th of October, it has been decided to celebrate
Kannada Rajyotsava at RTC, Peenya on 26 of November 2022. The Event will start at 10 AM in the morning
and will end at 5.00PM on the same day. In this regard, We request you to kindly grant the permission and
also approve the allocated budget for the same. The coordinators for Dindima 2022 are given below

FMPS: Dr. Niranjana Prabhu
FAD: Mr.Goutham N
Also, we have planned for various cultural events and sports on the occasion of Dindima 2022. Few games
will be conducted before the event, after the class hours and all the cultural events will be conducted during
Dindima 2022. We request you to kindly allot Rs. 25000/- towards the arrangements of stage and sound
system at RTC, Peenya and also grant the permission to celebrate DINDIMA 2022.
