SPECTRA-Inter School Youth Festival 2022

Brief Description of Case :

Department of Cultural Affairs, Division of Arts & Cultural, Student Welfare Wing is organizing annual mega event of
University i.e SPECTRA-Inter School Youth Festival 2022 from 15th to 17th November 2022. The event will be started
with the cultural procession on the theme “Regional & Martial Forms”   followed by the opening ceremony of the event
on 15th November 2022.

Approval required for (point wise) :

1 Approval for the hostel duty leaves for the students till 9:00 PM if required by any school coordinator
2. Approval for the duty leaves to the participants of schools Half day (1:00 PM Onward) for 11th & 14h
2
to 17th November 2022 as full day.
3. The school coordinators will withdrawal an advance of Rs 3000/- for the conduct of procession. The

bills will be adjusted by the respective AO of school.
4 4. The consumable material may be exempted from the MRN process for this event
5 5. The spot purchase may also be allowed for this event.
6. Compensatory leaves to the cultural coordinator/staff for duty on 12th - 13th November 2022 wherever

required
7 7. Adjustment of classes of school coordinators during the days of event
