MINUTES OF THE MEETING

I. Call to order

SSG Moderator Rowena T. Ladoing called to order a regular meeting to the Supreme Student
Government on September 20, 2021 at Notre Dame of Parang, Inc.

II. Roll call

The roll call was conducted by Shaina B. Tomawis, SSG Secretary.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

Shaina B. Tomawis announces the minutes of the previous meeting.

The meeting was approved by the council.

IV. Agenda

 Tentative School activities

The officers agreed to create a tentative calendar of activities for the school year. (refer to
attached document for the Tentative Calendar of Activities)
 SSG fund and Projects
i. The attendees decided to open the topic for the proposed SSG Fund.

The council decided to raise the fund by requiring all students from the Junior High
School Department to pay for the amount of ₱ 30.00 each and ₱ 100.00 for each SSG
Officer.

The target quota for SSG Fund would be ₱ 30, 500.00.

OVERALL QUOTA = ₱ 30, 500.00

The proposed budget will then be collected and recorded by the SSG Treasurer and will
be safe-kept to the school’s cashier’s office.

The proposed budget will be used in all school activities and for the proposed SSG
Projects.

ii. The council agreed upon the following proposed SSG Projects.
o Repainting and installation of new mirrors for the restrooms. This also includes
the repair of faucets and putting up pairs of water pails and dippers.
o Repairing old roofs of the pathways.
o Distribution of alcohol stands per classroom with one gallon of isopropyl alcohol.

V. Adjournment

The meeting was formally adjourned by the SSG Moderator at 11:30AM and was then agreed by
the council.
