Saint Louise de Marillac College of Sorsogon, Higher Education Department aims
to help students to become holistically developed individuals who are advocates of
person in poverty situation. The changes brought by the new normal due to
JOJO D. COME pandemic leads the organization to be flexible in conducting different activities for
President this semester. This will serve as an avenue for the students to develop their skills
and capabilities amidst the current situation we are in.

Vice-President

Rationale:

These activities will help the students of Saint Louise de Marillac College of Sorsogon
particularly in the Higher Education Department to be flexible in engaging to the different events
that will enhance their skills and talents beside their academic prowess. These set of activities to
be conducted by the Louisean Student Government together with the different organizations aims
to fulfill its objectives and assure the students that the organizations in this school will not be
paralyzed.

Activity Description:

The Louisean Student Government as the highest governing student body in SLMCS-HED will
be spearheading these different activities together with the respective organizations as part of this
semester’s events. These activities will not be compulsory.

CONDUCTING OF CLUB ACTIVITES
1. Must observe the IATF Guidelines
a. Wear facemask and face shield at all
times.
b. Social distancing must be observed at
least one meter from each other
(when coming to school)
c. Students who are below 21 years old
are
not allowed to come to school they may
send representatives.
d. Follow the sanitation protocol of the
school.
2. All activities must be done online or virtual.
3. Activities should not be mandatory.
4. Student organizations/ clubs are not allowed to
hold big gatherings.

5. Activities must not be an additional burden to

students. It must be another learning
opportunity for them and should help them in
coping up with the so called “new normal”.
