INTRODUCTION
Comfort room is one of life’s biggest worries, also called restroom, bathroom, CR, toilet and as the name
implies, It is supposed to be a place of comfort, a personal sanctuary of sorts for those who want to
literally relieve themselves of their daily “ burdens”. But in this country, however. toilet especially
school, comfort rooms in particular are source of stress and diseases. This is not exactly something to
be proud of but something to be payed attention and to make an action.

1. IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM

Comfort room is one of the most important part of the school. But it is one of the major
problem for it is not in good condition.

Some student or it may some Insufficient water for Lack of sanitary materials
of the staffs are not using the flushing of toilet such as soap, hand
toilet properly sanitizer and tissue.

  DATA GATHERING INSTRUMENT
In this proposal, we researcher are going to use 2 method of data gathering instrument which
we interviewed and observation method
• Interviewing is a big help for us researcher to collect some important information from
our target’s personnel.
• We can identify the problem and solution through the use of observation method.
 DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE
• In interview and observation will be used our aims to identify the solution of the problem we
identified in our school’s comfort room.
• Firstly, we researchers will ask permissions from the authorization for our project.
• We researchers will conduct observations which conclude the identifying of the problems and
conclude solution for it.
• Lastly we researchers will conclude the conclusions and do actions for our project.

We, our group in our subject NSTP is taking a project proposal and we chose to have
improvement for our comfort room. In this regard, we would like to ask for your help by

2. PROPOSE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM

In our proposal project, since we I identified the problems, the causes and the effects, we would
like to propose some solution that may help for our school’s comfort room.
 As we observe when we’re going to our comfort room, we haven’t noticed some
important signage that may cause some of students’ not to be aware. So we propose to
have some signage that may help reminding us the proper use of our comfort room to
maintain the hygiene.
 We would like also that our comfort room to have tissue since it’s very needed, hand
sanitizer and soap for washing hand.
 Since our school have only one drum, we will try our best to provide another drum for
us to use.
 For the funds that we’re going to use in this project, we are going to do some
solicitation or donation to help us to action this project.
 Even though our comfort room is for all gender, there should be a privacy for
individuals. Because the room for the girls have no lock so we would like to have lock for
that room.
 Since we have janitor in our school we will voluntarily help our janitor in monitoring our
school. We will monitor and observe our comfort room in our free time in order to
totally maintain the cleanliness of our comfort room.
 EXPECTED SMART OUTCOME
1. Sanitation:
To maintain sanitation of the school’s comfort rooms and maintain cleanliness.

2. Health and Disinfection

To prevent and avoid infection and disease for the sake of every students and workers’
health.

3. Discipline:
To remind the school of proper usage of comfort rooms. To make students ad workers
of the school disciplined as individuals.
To remind as a student, you need to be aware evenly this is not yours in the first place.

4. Maintenance:
To make cleaning of the school’s comfort room a daily basis only for weekdays. Even
while using the comfort room, check if there are odds.
