 I wish to give below the details of Work Stages attended during the period ending December 2022
A). Consultancy Services Contract signed on 31/12/2020.  
1. Lead Consultant - DAR Engineering (Saudi Arabia), Local Consultant - Q SERVE (Pvt) Ltd
2. Contract Price - 5,372,290.00 Saudi Riyal 
 Following stages of Consultancy Contract attended during the period. 
1. Final stages of Schematic Design Phase-      100 % Completed. 
2. Site Investigation works -                                100% Completed. 
3. Detail Design Phase -                                       100% Completed.
4. Preparation of Bidding Document -               100% Completed.
5. Procurement Process -                                     Commenced. 
a. Originals of Bidding Document Package was sent to SFD on 10/04/2022 and awaiting their
concurrence to proceed with the Balance Procurement Process. Reminders sent to SFD to
receive the Concurrence. SFD team is scheduled to visit SL soon.
6. Preliminary Planning Clearance-                    Received from UDA. 
7. Development Permit from UDA-                   
Related official request letters from the Client to receive recommendation were sent and
received by us as follows.
o Central Environmental Authority -                      Clearance Report Received.

o National Building Research Organization -  Preparation of final report is in Progress. 

o Ceylon Electricity Board -                                    Clearance Letter received. 

o National Water Supply & Drainage Board -         Clearance Letter received. 

o Fire Department-                                                  Clearance Report Received. 

o Green Building Application (UDA) -                    Registration Number received. 

o Full set of Drawings and relevant letters from various local authorities handed over to
UDA To obtain Development Permit in December 2022
o TIA Meeting held at UDA Colombo Office on 22/12/2022.

o UDA Meeting held on 17/01/2023 at Rathnapura UDA office and approval given to issue
the Development Permit for both Professorial Unit and 20 Acre Land.

8. Meeting held with the Secretary Ministry of Education to discuss recommendations issued by
RAMP (Chaired by Secretary to Prime Minister).
