This is to signify our intention to participate in the implementation project of Murcia
Water District the REFORESTATION PROJECT WITHIN THE ADOPTED NGP
SITE USING GIANT BAMBOO pursuant to the posted call for the submission of Letter of
Intents (LOIs) for the activity indicated below:

JOB ORDER COTRACT

This Job Order Contract is made and entered into by and between MURCIA
WATER DISTRICT represented by its GENERAL MANAGER, ENGR. WINSTON M.
MAKILAN hereinafter reffered to as FIRST PARTY,

-and-

The BRGY. AMAYCO INTEGRATED SOCIAL FORESTRY AND FARMERS

ASSOCIATION (BAISFFA), Purok Kalubihan, Brgy. Amayco, Murcia Negros Occidental
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

This Job Order Contract consist of the following terms and condition;

1. Scope of Work. Pakyaw/labor for establishment of Banana plantation and

production in 5,000 sq.m., enhancement of Bamboo plantation (2 hectares), and
conduct Year 2 Maintenance and Protection Calendar year 2024 of existing
plantation 3 hectares within the 40 hectares adopted NGP site and vicinity of
Brgy. Amayco, Murcia.

2. Progress payment will based on the actual accomplishment.

3. That any incidental expenses incurred not included in the scope of work shall
be discussed and approved by the FIRST PARTY upon presentation of written
request.

4. That the FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY in Philippine Pesos
what is due upon presentation of progress of billing to be prepared by a
representative of the Murcia Water District.

5. That the First Party shall have the right to terminate this Job Order Contract
immediately in the event that the works done by the the SECOND PARTY are
not on accordance with the FIRST PARTY, tends to hinder the execution of
other work related activites.

6. That their exist no employer-employee relationship between the FIRST

PARTY and the SECOND PARTY and the workers may be hired by the latter
considering that the FIRST PARTY has no control of the aforementioned
SECOND PARTY as to the manner on how the work may be done but only
interested with the specification.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this ____ day
