    App User Journey for

    User Onboarding & KYC


    Onboarding
    User will go to Google
    PlayStore or Apple Appstore
    to download OmniCard App.
    User will begin the onboarding journey.
    The User will Verify
    Mobile Number via OTP

    The mobile number can't be


    changed later.
    The User will
    1. Select Card 2. Enter Details 3. Claim Card
    Verify Details

    User has to select any one of


    the ID Verification options
    and enter details for that ID
    The user will land at
    the Dashboard

    User’s Virtual Card is created

    The user will now move onto the KYC process

    Note: If a user already has a Physical


    Card the user has to scan the QR Code
    located on the back side of the physical
    card to Activate the Card.
    KYC
    Now the User will
    begin their KYC
    Verification
    Process
    User will get an SMS to the
    User Will Enter
    Mobile no. linked with
    Aadhar no & Captcha
    Aadhar for verification
    The User will enter
    their PAN number
    User will complete their Selfie Verification
    After all steps are done
    successfully, the KYC
    process is complete.
