3. Make them realize this is a Pattern/Habit. Find out
where they are following similar kind of pattern in
their life.
4. Anchore with Metaphor - Meena Kumari/ Devdas &

5. Do you see how powerful you are?

Beliefs
1. This feeling cannot exist without a Belief.
2. Belief is an Excuse - I feel this Because _________________.
3. Make them Realize that this Belief is creating this
Emotion?
4. Is this belief helping you?
5. What is the opposite of this Belief?
6. Say it 3 times and check how are you feeling?

Steps of Health Coaching
1. Energy - What are you feeling?
2. Decision - Tell them to write down 5-10 reasons Why
they want to exercise.
3. Identity - Give them an Identity to work on their health
for life.
4. Belief - Use the belief transfer technique from NLP to
help them to have new beliefs.
5. Pain - Give them 3 imaginary unbearable pain that
they don’t want to have in their life.
Ask - Is it worth being lazy (The answer has to be NO)
6. Pleasure - Give them 3-5 imaginary extraordinary level
of pleasure that they can feel right now.
Ask - Is it worth exercising ( the answer has to be YES)
7. Conditioning - help them to read all the above steps
with music and repeat the exercise twice with them.

Support for Long-term Results

1. Do the conditioning exercise with your student on


Zoom or by phone call. Minimum 1 time a day or
maximum 3 times a day.

Steps of Relationship Coaching

1. What's the problem? How are you feeling?


2. What do you want in your relationship?
Why don't you do it?
What's stopping you?
Disadvantage of doing it?
3. Catch their limiting belief by checking with the above
question.
Release those beliefs.
Is this belief true?
Is it helping?
4. Remind them about their outcomes again.
5. Remind Happy memories.
Tell me the last time when you both laughed together.
Tell me the last time when you both got naughty
together.
Tell me the last time when you both did crazy things
together.
6. Change the belief - by reversing their belief.
7. Do the mindset exercise.
8. Commitment to take action. Also, break their excuses
one at a time.

Steps for webinar(Part 1)
1. Start the webinar with an important Hook Line (2
words should be easily seen - problem and solution
(and timeline if you have)). The Webinar title.
2. Congratulate and acknowledge the people who joined.
3. Tell them about 3 secrets they are going to learn in
today's webinar. Doing the pre-framing. Make your
secret sexy and exciting.
4. Tell them that, this webinar is an introductory session
as at the end of program you have to invest 50000.
5. Make them price comfortable
6. Tell them the Greatest discovery of your life through
your life story - Transfer the energy with Aahh...
moment. The objective of the story is the only
Ultimate Solution
7. Tell them about your mission. Invite them to be part
of your mission.
8. Secret number 1 ("This is easy and you can do it.")
Start with a story and end with acknowledgment.
9. Create a secret sandwich. Give them “WHAT” not
“HOW” while revealing the secret 1.
10. Secret number 2 ("It’s Fast"). Start with a story and
end with acknowledgment.
11. Secret number 3 ("Breaking the external Barriers that
no one can stop them in achieving what they want to

The transition between the content and the selling has to
be smooth. your energy has to be high at the time of
selling.
1. Show them all the 3 secrets once again and ask them -
"Did you get all three?"
2. Ask
- Even if you mastered 100% of this skill, Would it be
worth it?
-Even if you mastered 50% of this skill, Would it be
worth it? -Even if you mastered 10% of this skill,
Would it be worth it?
3. Do Nothing - Nothing will Change.
4. Trust Yourself & and Trust me.
5. First, tell them what you are selling - tell them What
they are going to get free.
6. Show them the value with the price.
7. Tell them the price and give them a time limit.
8. Show them some more results. Be ready with some
per-created questions.
9. Answer the question of whether people join or not.
10. Serve both emotional and logical buyers.
11. Welcome those who joined.
12. Tell people to make an affirmation that you joined the
Course and put it in your vision board, who was not
able to join because of Lack of Money.
