● King Salman Airbase in Dirab, (KSA).

A new Runway, taxiway, apron system, together with the relevant operational
buildings and landside ground access facilities are planned in a location without
any existing aviation facilities.
The envisioned project area is demarcated by a WADI in the north, and a large
elevation difference in the south.
The design development of the KSAB landside civil assets includes landside
Geometric Design, including Access Roads, Parking Areas and Gates and
Pavements design.

● NEOM Mountain logistic area, (KSA).

The NEOM Mountain logistic area project will comprise three areas, to be used
for facilitating construction activities & as follows:
The Contractors’ Village will be design to accommodate population from 22000
to 24000 capita with total area of 760,000 m2. The site will comprise different
types of accommodation buildings, sport club, mosque, and central kitchen in
addition to the utilities buildings, sewage treatment plant & potable water tank,
also there is an existing Pioneer camp inside the area plot. The site will have
access on the main Lake Access Road.
The Batch Plant Yard will be constructed on the main Lake Access Road with
total area of 353,198 m2, the area will be divided into plots for the installation of
concrete batch plants, asphalt mix plants & pre-cast concrete facility
The Laydown Yard will have a total area of 258,591 m2 & will be dedicated for
raw material / scrap storage.

● NEOM Mountain Access Roads-Package 3, (KSA).

The project aims to provide a network of routes throughout the mountains region
that will initially be utilized to support the construction activity of the region, be
converted into Surface Mobility, Underground Mobility, and Logistics &
Emergency routes for operational purposes. The total project's road length is
approximately 48km and includes twenty-eight (28) access roads. These roads
are to be prepared as a single carriageway road with 3.65m lane width per
direction and 1.5m hard shoulder on both sides, making the total width 10.3m.

● Tabouk Airdrop Land, Ministry of Housing, (KSA).

The project located in the North West sector of Saudi Arabia kingdom in
Tabouk city. The project comprises plots of land with a total area about
28,000,000 m2. It is proposed to contain residential plots, Olympic village,
central business and commercial hubs. The project comprises urban design,
infrastructure, and road design.

● RIYADH TOWNSHIP MASTERPLAN PROJECT, (KSA).

The Riyadh Township Master Plan (RTMP) caters to approximately 30,000


new residential units and over 178,000 residents. Phase 2 is the second
development within RTMP, that is strategically located east and south of Phase
1, with an area of approximately 3.9 million square meters and can be
accessed via the Thumamah Road/Al Shahaba Junction. Phase 2B is directly
serviced by the train station.

● Sports Boulevard Project in Wadi Hanifa, (KSA).

The boulevard in this zone has a length of 24 km and total area of around
1,400,000 m2. Wadi Hanifa is one of the main zones of the sport boulevard
project which aims to encourage the citizens of Riyadh to follow healthy life
style and practice different types of sports.
Promenade (2A) is an urban development area between King Khalid Road and
surroundings of Prince Turki Ibn Abd Al-Aziz Al-Awaal Road, North West
Riyadh. The project has a total length of around 1.5 km and total area of
approximately 120,000 m2.

● Z1 (UTC) uptown Cairo Local design consultancy services, (Egypt)

The overall project site is known as Uptown Cairo (UTC), a new urban
environment that combines the leisure of golf course villas and urban lifestyle
centers. Z1 is one of UTC parcels with a unique location and topography, 200
meters above sea level overlooking some of Cairo attraction points with a total
land area of 322,508 m2. Z1 creates a great opportunity to cater residential,
administrative and commercial functions. The residential part will consist of
apartment buildings offering small and affordable units, as well as Twin &
Townhouses. The residential function will be accompanied by an office park
providing medium size offices, complemented with retail functions at lower level.
This is in addition to "The Sporting Club" that comprises of a football academy,
tennis academy, equestrian activities, squash courts, walking promenade, gym,
kids' playground, restaurants, cafes and other creative public activities.

● City Gate New Cairo Project, (Egypt)

The project comprised the development of 8.5 million square meters. The
internal road network is 20,000 meter long and the pavement area is 400,000
m2. The internal road network was connected to the outer adjacent roads
through 13 main access points and 2 secondary access points (ingress/egress),
distributed overall the project area, and providing sufficient traffic transition for
the residents and visitors from any direction. It also provides safe evacuation for
the vehicles, with minimum rescue time in emergency cases.

● Extension of Sheikh Zayed City, (Egypt)

The project covers the area annexed to Sheikh Zayed City (about 9,800 feddans
according to site planning measurements). Infrastructure works include
combined potable water & firefighting networks consisting of HDPE pressurized
pipelines (pipe diameters range: 200-1400 mm, total pipe length: 99,095 m);
combined sewage and storm collection network, including lift stations and
pressurized force mains (pipe diameters: 700-1000 mm, total pipe length:
11,730 m); gravity pipelines (pipe diameters range: 200-1800 mm, total pipe
length:137,536 m); and an irrigation network (pipe diameters range: 110-900
mm; total pipe length: 86,916 m).

● MINISTRY OF HOUSING PLOTS IN SAUDI ARABIA

Client: National Housing Company – Ministry of Housing, KSA


The project comprises plots of land with a total area exceeds 100,000,000 m2.
Plot areas range from 40,000 m2 to 28,000,000 m2. The plots are located in
several areas in Saudi Arabia(Riyadh, Jeddah, Arar, Tabouk, Qatif, Najran,
Jizan…etc.), The project comprises urban design, landscape, irrigation,
landscape lighting, infrastructure, and road design.

Coordination Specific Roles:


● Visiting project sites, determination of site conditions and preparing site visit
report.
● Estimation of the required data and studies to initiate the design works.
● Reviewing the collected data and performed studies (topographic survey works,
traffic studies, geotechnical studies…etc.).
● Reviewing all designs, drawings and documents and verifying that it matches
codes and standards in accordance with design concept and covering all contract
items.
● Attend meetings and workshops with MOH team presenting design works.
● Receiving client comments and preparing replies after discussing with design
teams.
● Dealing with Ministry of transportation and various municipalities such as
(Jeddah, Riyadh, Tabouk, Qatif, Najran, Jizan, Haqu, Arar…etc.) to collect data,
coordinate about project design concept.
● Coordination with MOH and Municipalities reviewer teams to get approvals.
● Coordinate with contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the

Specific Roles:
● Review the master plan that received from urban,

areas.
● Preparing Detailed design drawings, horizontal and vertical geometric design of
roads

● EXPANSION OF UMM AL-QURA UNIVERSITY (KSA)

The university is built on a plot area of 1,500,000 m2, with a total footprint area
of 100,000 m2. The project comprises new academic buildings (built-up area of
155,000 m2), extensions to existing academic buildings (built-up area of 74,000
m2), and non-academic buildings (built-up area of 139,000 m2).

● HYDE PARK (Egypt)

The project is a unique residential and commercial development over 6.3 million
square meters. The development comprises luxury villas, townhouses (2-, 4-,
and 6-plex units), apartments, retail centers, 72 meter-high commercial/office
towers, a golf course, a golf club, a sports and health center, and community
facilities.

● AL MUROOJ PRIMARY INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN (KSA)

Al Murooj is located within King Abdallah Economic City (KAEC) and comprises
of approximately 4,600,000 m2 of land including residential communities, sports
complex, town center, beach communities and golf communities.

● ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE MASTER


PLAN DESIGN OF ASPIRE ZONE (Qatar)

Phase II of Aspire Zone is located on a land area of approximately 1.9 million


square meters in Al-Wa`ab District. The Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) intends
to implement the entire project in three phases. The land area of Phase II is
designated for residential compound clusters for the accommodation of the
privileged teams associated with the training pitches.

● Consultancy Services For 10 Service Stations, (UAE)

The project comprised the provision of consultancy design services and


obtaining various NOCs and Contractors' permits from the concerned
Governmental authorities for ten service stations.

● BEIT AL-WATAN PROJECT IN NEW CAIRO (Egypt)

The project is part of a national program launched by the New Urban


Communities Authority for the development of land plots in various new urban
communities in Egypt. It is located within the precinct of Beit Al-Watan area in
New Cairo over a land area of 9,093,000 m2. This area is classified as a
residential and commercial development with some public services. The project
aims at preparing design studies for the wastewater and storm water networks;
potable, firefighting, and irrigation water networks; internal road network; and
electrical infrastructure works.

● EXTENSION OF SHEIKH ZAYED CITY (9,800 FEDDANS) (Egypt)

The project covers the development vision and strategic plan for the extension
of Sheikh Zayed City, with a view to ensuring optimal land uses within the area.
The study covers the area annexed to Sheikh Zayed City (about 9,800 feddans
according to site planning measurements). The area lies within the Greater
Cairo region to the west of Sheikh Zayed City and the north of 6 th of October
City.

● Shop drawings for KAEC (King Abdullah Economic City) (KSA)

The project comprised the review of detailed design documents, preparation of a


material list, and preparation of shop drawings for the networks and system for
KAEC roads networks in addition development of the junctions grading. The road
lengths was about 30km. the shop drawings include longitudinal profiles, setting-
out, grading, intersection grading, slope protections and marking and signs.

Egyptian Armed Forces (Roads Site Engineer)

Responsibilities:
Supervising in surveying to establish (reference points, grades and elevations to
guide construction), staking out points using total station device and applying
profiles on the ground even in severe field conditions, Managing and directing
site laborers and the construction and maintenance activities at project site,
Testing soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of soil base,
sub base and asphalt by using Sand Cone Test and Marchal Test, supervising
work done by laborers with (Pavement Planners, Vibration Rollers, Pneumatic
tires roller, Graders, Oil Distributers and Pavers (Asphalt Finisher)) used in
different steps of road construction, Inspecting daily activities to monitor progress
and ensure conformance to design specification and safety standards, Handing
over work to consultant on time whom are members from the Army Force.
