Dear Sir/Madam,

REF: Application for the position of Field Officer

I am writing to express my strong interest in the open Field Officer position with Musasa
Project as advertised on your website. With my background and passion for advocacy, I
believe I would be a great fit for this role.
I recently graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor’s degree in Social
Work. Throughout my studies, I focused on issues relating to gender-based violence,
women’s rights, and community empowerment. For my final year project, I conducted
research on barriers to reporting domestic violence cases in rural areas. This
experience strengthened my abilities in conducting field research, interacting with
community members, and analyzing social issues.
In addition, I have volunteered with several organizations focused on empowering
vulnerable groups and raising awareness on violence prevention. At Musasa, I would
welcome the opportunity to expand my skills in facilitating support groups, training
community activists, and developing educational materials. I am very motivated to utilize
my education and skills to help Musasa achieve its mission.
Thank you for your consideration. I have attached my CV for your review. Please let me
know if you would like any additional information. I look forward to discussing this
opportunity further. I can be reached at 0774784170 or email me at
