Internal | Reason for Delay

UX
1. Era was pulled out from project right when the UX was falling in place
2. In the beginning Akshaya took time to grasp the project around 2 weeks were gone in support
3. Hybrid app effort was missed during project planning, we got scope clarity on this by the end of April (lost 2 weeks working on this)
4. From 20th May Akshaya was assigned to Infodocs, to close the remaining UX task she had to juggle between two projects which further delayed the mobile app closure

UI
1. The planned start date for UI was 1st March but we could only manage to get started by 17th May with Sarath along with Pepper Fry
2. First 2.5 weeks were lost in setting the design style, we created 3 to 4 versions of Dashboard UI to reach where we are
3. Sarath time was not cmpletely used for GT to set the design he too spend few hours a week and tried to manage both PF and GT
4. From 7th to 17th June there was no progress done w.r.t to UI, it was on hold from our end since Shadowfax started and no one was avaible to work
5. 18th June we officially kickstarted UI with Aayush who is now planned to work on this until 30th August
6. Niyati is working on the mobile in parallel with Aayush, she is assigned on this until 21st July
