I , Dr AMIT DIPANKAR ( ) , was posted at Sadar Hospital , Barh on
04.01.2023. I on the said date performed post mortem examination on dead bodies of the
deceased,
1) Sona d/o Rahul Kumar aged about 6 years,
2) Mona d/o Rahul Kumar aged about 4 years,
3) Ganga d/o Rahul Kumar aged about 3 years,
4) Saraswati d/o Rahul Kumar aged about 3 years,
5) Jamna d/o Rahul Kumar aged about 1 year,
All r/o Kanuriya between 10 AM and 6 PM and following observation:
1. Abovementioned witness also deposed that he tied you to the Sagaun Tree. What do
you say?

2. Abovementioned witness also deposed that he brought sarpanch Radhe Shyam from
the village Kaneria and Radhe shyam informed the police through mobile phone.

 4. Keshav (PW 4) Singh deposed that he saw your hands and legs tied to a Sagaun Tree
and that police untied you from the tree. What do you say?

 5. Dr. Amit (PW 5) deposed that he performed the post-mortem on Sona aged 4 years on
date 04.01.2023. He found following marks on her body upon post-mortem:

1. Cut wound, size 8x4 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. Due to the wound, the
vertebral column, fascia, underlying muscles and tissues were all severed.

2. Cut wound size 6x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. The wound severed the
occipital bones.

3. Cut wound size 5x2x2 cm on the back towards the upper part.

7. Abovementioned witness also deposed that all the abovementioned wound was
caused by some sharp and heavy object prior to death. What do you say?

8. Abovementioned witness also deposed that in his opinion, the death of all five girls
was caused due to the excessive blood loss and blow on the head, which was within
the 24 hours of the examination. What do you say?

9. Abovementioned witness also deposed that he performed the post-mortem on Savita

Ba aged 5 years on date 04.01.2023. He found following marks on her body upon
post-mortem:

1. Cut wound, size 8x4 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. Due to the wound, the
vertebral column, fascia, underlying muscles and tissues were all severed.

2. Cut wound size 6x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. The wound severed the
occipital bones.

3. Cut wound size 5x2x2 cm on the back towards the upper part of the shoulder.

was caused due to the excessive blood loss and blow on the head, which was within

13. Abovementioned witness deposed that he performed the post-mortem on Jamna aged
3 years on date 04.01.2023. He found following marks on her body upon post-
mortem:

1. Cut wound, size 10x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. Due to the wound, the
vertebral column, fascia, underlying muscles and tissues were all severed. Further, her esophagus
and windpipes were severed as well.

2. Cut wound size 6x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. The wound severed the
occipital bones.

What do you say?

14. Abovementioned witness also deposed that all the above mentioned wound was caused
by some sharp and heavy object prior to death. What do you say?

caused due to the excessive blood loss and blow on the head, which was within the 24

 16. Above mentioned witness also deposed that he performed the post-mortem on
Saraswati aged 4 years on date 04.01.2023. He found following marks on her body upon
post-mortem:

1. Cut wound, size 8x4 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. Due to the wound, the vertebral
column, fascia, underlying muscles and tissues were all severed. Her neck was completely severed
and was merely dangling attached due to the skin. Brain materials were spilling out and part of her
head was cut off.

2. Cut wound size 6x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. The wound severed the occipital
bones.

What do you say?

by some sharp and heavy object prior to death. What do you say?

18. Abovementioned witness also deposed that in his opinion, the death of all five girls was
caused due to the excessive blood loss and blow on the head, which was within the 24

19. Abovementioned witness also deposed that he performed the post-mortem on Mona
aged 6 years on date 04.01.2023. He found following marks on her body upon post-
mortem:
1. Cut wound, size 6x3 cm to the depth of bones behind the neck. Due to the wound, the vertebral
column, fascia, underlying muscles and tissues were all severed.

2. Cut wound size 4x2x2 cm from the back to left of the neck in slanted position.

3. Cut wound size 10x5x4 cm on the back towards the upper part of the shoulder.

What do you say?

by some sharp and heavy object prior to death. What do you say?

examination on the request of SHO on the date 03.01.2023 according to memo no. PP

23. Abovementioned witness also deposed that upon examination, following were
recorded:
“There were rope marks around your neck which were slanted on thyroid cartilage. This mark was
36 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. This mark originate from the back of your neck and reach to bottom to
left of jaw. There were no ligature mark in the bottom of the left ear or behind the neck. Those
ligature mark arose due to hanging”. What do you say?

24. Dr. Amit (PW 5) also deposed that he examined the axe seized at the scene which was
10.5 long having 15 cm of handle and of which sharp part was of 10 cm. what do you
say?

25. The blood was found in the report provided by the assistant chemical examiner from
university science laboratory dated 02.02.2023 regarding the seized blood stained soil,
wood and axe. What do you say?
 26. According to Abovementioned report, blood was found on the pant seized from you.
