Dear Sir,
With regard to your order of the last months , for 500 tins/2 liters
of Vanaspati Ghee, we regret to notify that an unexpected fall in our
stocks renders us unable to deliver immediately.
We trust that you demand is not so urgent as to render
imperative the immediate delivery of the whole quantity. Pending your
advice on the subject, we have decided to suspend the delivery of the
200 tins we are holding at your disposal.
We should be pleased to hear that you are prepared to accept just
this quantity for the present, subject to our agreement to effect delivey
of the balance within a fortnight of the dispatch of the installment.
